These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hb77 ("the Company", "hb77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at hb77.bio. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the hb77 platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The hb77 platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any wager on hb77. This requirement is absolute and applies to every player regardless of their location, the device used to access the platform, or the nature of the game being played. hb77 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling and will immediately close any account where underage play is suspected or confirmed, forfeiting all balances in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration;
• You are accessing the platform for your own personal, non-commercial use;
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity when placing bets or playing casino games;

hb77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point before or after account creation. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by hb77 will result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the hb77 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending bonus funds held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. hb77 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your hb77 account that is not used on any other platform;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Notify hb77 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation;
• Not share your login credentials with any other person for any reason.

hb77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials. hb77 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit between your device and our servers, but the security of your login details on your own device is your responsibility.

Account verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed. The KYC process may require you to submit a copy of your National Identity Card, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and documentation confirming the payment method used for deposits. hb77 aims to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.

hb77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All financial transactions on the hb77 platform are denominated in BDT. hb77 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via international credit or debit cards, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency unless explicitly stated in a separate payment policy update.

Deposits:

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000 (subject to payment provider limits)
• Deposits are credited to your hb77 account balance within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider under normal operating conditions.
• hb77 does not charge any fee for deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000 per transaction
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. hb77 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1 to 6 hours. During peak periods (particularly BPL match evenings), processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of KYC verification for accounts that have not yet been fully verified.
• hb77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

Any funds deposited to hb77 that are not wagered at least once before a withdrawal request is made may be subject to an administrative processing review. hb77 monitors for deposit-and-withdrawal patterns that suggest payment processing rather than genuine gaming activity and reserves the right to decline such withdrawal requests and return funds to the original payment source.

hb77 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid festivals. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements set out in each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotional page and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all hb77 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (stated per promotion) before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless a promotion specifies differently.
• Minimum odds: Bets placed to meet sportsbook wagering requirements must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal). Bets placed at lower odds do not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Time limit: Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• Game restrictions: Not all casino games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and crash games may contribute at a lower rate. Full contribution rates are published on the Promotions page.
• One bonus per player: Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times by opening additional accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account closure.
• No cash-out before completion: You may not withdraw real money funds until any active bonus wagering requirement has been fulfilled or the bonus has been manually forfeited via your account settings.

hb77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to void any bonus and related winnings where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms. Players who open accounts or make deposits primarily to take advantage of promotional offers, without genuine intention to use the platform for recreational gambling, may have their bonus eligibility removed and accounts reviewed.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the hb77 platform.

Sportsbook Rules:

• All bets are accepted in BDT. Minimum bet per selection is ৳20. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Bets placed and confirmed by the system are final. hb77 will not cancel a confirmed bet at the player's request unless there has been a clear and demonstrable system error at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, hb77 will settle affected bets according to its standard void policy — typically voiding single bets and removing voided selections from accumulators.
• hb77 reserves the right to limit maximum winnings on any single bet or across any single event where market integrity concerns are identified.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to brief suspension periods during key moments in a match (e.g., between deliveries in cricket). This is a standard industry practice to protect odds integrity and is not considered a service outage.

Casino Rules:

• Casino games on hb77 are provided by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game operates under the rules and RTP rates published by its provider.
• hb77 does not control the outcome of any game. All outcomes are determined by the providers' certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing in a professional studio environment.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game, the game will resume from its last confirmed state when the player reconnects. hb77 is not liable for losses incurred due to disconnections caused by the player's internet connection or device.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface before play begins.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hb77 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may have their account permanently closed with all balances forfeited where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or verification, opening accounts under a false identity, or impersonating another person.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the hb77 platform, whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or for any other reason.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated betting patterns, matched betting with no real gaming intent, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine participation in the platform.
• Money laundering: Using the hb77 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or using deposit-and-withdrawal cycles as a mechanism for laundering funds. hb77 is legally obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets using non-public information about the outcome of a match or event, or participating in any scheme to influence the outcome of a sporting event on which bets are placed via hb77.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live dealer casino games or sports betting pools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of bots or automation: Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or play casino games on the hb77 platform without manual human input.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a mobile wallet provider for deposits that have been legitimately processed by hb77. Chargeback fraud will result in permanent account closure and may be pursued through civil or criminal legal channels.
• Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward hb77 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

hb77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy;
• The player has provided false, incomplete, or unverifiable identity or payment information;
• The player's account shows activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• The player has requested self-exclusion under hb77's Responsible Gaming policy;
• hb77 is required to do so by law, regulation, or an order from a competent authority;
• The player's continued use of the platform poses a reputational, financial, or legal risk to hb77.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their own account may do so by contacting hb77 support at support at hb77.bio with a written request. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's most recently used payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigation.

Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited unless the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied prior to the closure request. This applies to all types of bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and free bet credits.

If your account is closed by hb77 due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, hb77 will not return any balances and may refer the matter to relevant authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hb77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the hb77 platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from bets or wagers placed on the platform, whether the result of your own decisions, system errors, or any other cause;
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or disruptions to the platform's availability;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security;
• Errors in odds displayed due to data feed failures from third-party providers, where such errors are corrected promptly upon identification;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by mobile wallet providers, banking systems, or other third-party payment infrastructure outside hb77's direct control.

hb77 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. hb77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via its website and registered player communications wherever reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits hb77's liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by hb77, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You acknowledge that all gambling activity carries inherent financial risk and that hb77 cannot be held responsible for gambling losses incurred in the ordinary course of using the platform in compliance with these Terms.

hb77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights, obligations, or the nature of the service provided — hb77 will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications to existing provisions, or updates required to reflect changes in payment provider terms) may be applied immediately without advance notice.

The current version of these Terms is always published at hb77.bio/terms-conditions and carries the effective date shown at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the hb77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the hb77 platform and may request account closure by contacting support at hb77.bio. Closure requests submitted in response to a Terms amendment will be processed under the voluntary closure procedure described in Section 8.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of contract and consumer protection law. hb77 and its players agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms through direct negotiation in the first instance, with formal legal proceedings considered only where direct resolution is not possible.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by hb77 of any breach of these Terms shall be considered a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and hb77 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings whether oral or written.
